What we collect

When you order, sign up or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details and anything you tell us in messages. When you browse, our website and the tools on it collect details about your device, browser and the pages you visit, using cookies and pixels.

Our payment providers process your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To send order and delivery emails.
• To answer your questions and deal with faulty items.
• To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job. That includes Shopify, which runs our store, our payment providers, Australia Post, our email service, and advertising and analytics services including Meta and Google. Some of these services store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
