These terms apply when you use verypersonalresearch.com, sign up for our emails or buy from us. Very Personal Research (ABN 66 954 919 231) runs this website.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Shipping & Returns page explains how we handle faulty items.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. When you place an order, you're offering to buy the items at the price shown at checkout. We accept your order when we email you an order confirmation. Adding an item to your bag doesn't reserve it.

We may cancel an order before it ships if the item is unavailable, the price or description contains an error, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Our products

Silk is a natural fibre, so texture, sheen and colour vary slightly between pieces, and colours can look different on screens. Measurements are approximate. Please follow the care instructions that come with your piece. Damage from washing, drying, ironing or storing it another way isn't a fault.

Discount codes

Enter your code at checkout. We can't add a code after you've placed your order. Unless the offer says otherwise, you can use one code per order and each code once. Codes have no cash value.

We can end a promotion at any time, but a code we've already sent you stays valid until the expiry date we gave you. If someone uses a code in a way its terms don't allow, we may cancel the order or remove the discount.

Email sign-ups, waitlists and restock alerts

When you give us your email to join our list, a waitlist or a restock alert, you agree to receive emails about Very Personal Research products, launches, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Joining a waitlist or restock alert is free. We don't take payment, and joining doesn't reserve stock or guarantee a size will be available. An item is only yours once you complete checkout and we confirm your order.

Using this website

Please don't misuse this website, for example by trying to break it, copying our text or photos for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. The text, photos and branding on this website belong to Very Personal Research or are used with permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website or buying from us. This doesn't affect any right or guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The laws of New South Wales govern these terms.
